Credit information, Reservations, Guarantees and Deposits

PresentationBookings are confirmed with the receipt of a $200.00 deposit. Cancellation charges will be levied if we are unable to re–book the date. Payment for the event is due one-day prior unless billing has been arranged. Guaranteed numbers of those attending the food portion of the event is required 1 month prior to the function, our food preparation is based on this guarantee. If your number of guests exceeds this guarantee we will make every effort to provide additional meals, however menu substitutions may prevail.

Menu selection should be finalized within 1 month of the event. Ex-changes and or substitutions are available within the final month, costs may fluctuate to reflect these changes.

Menu prices include Food service staff and the cleaning of the kitchen utilized for the event. There will be an additional Beverage service charge if food service staff are required for beverage service. Prices are subject to change due to market changes in our supply costs.
